That’s right folks. The diet is on again. I was back to almost a 40 inch waist and it was time to do something about it.
The easiest way to diet is: less calories, more exercise. But that way is harder to follow over the long haul. I’m making a big effort to Dr Oz’s diet book: You on a diet. This morning is oat meal with fruit.
I’m back to a 38 inch waist, but my goal is a 36 inch waist by March.
